30-Day Refund Guarantee

At WATERFORD DENTIST PLLC, we stand behind our services. We offer a 30-day refund policy for prepaid services that have not yet been rendered.

Overview

We understand that circumstances change. If you have prepaid for dental services and need to cancel, we offer a straightforward refund process. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your experience at our practice.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You have prepaid for services that have not yet been performed
  • Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original payment
  • You have not received any portion of the prepaid treatment

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have already been completed or partially performed
  • Custom dental appliances (retainers, night guards, dentures) once fabrication has begun
  • Laboratory fees for work already ordered or completed
  • Emergency services rendered
  • Consultation fees where the consultation has taken place

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Office: Call us at (248) 625-8256 or email waterforddentistpllc@waterforddentist.us to initiate your refund request.
  2. Provide Information: Have your receipt, appointment details, and the reason for your refund request ready.
  3. Submit Written Request: We may ask you to submit a written refund request for our records.
  4. Wait for Processing: Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be credited to the original card within 5-10 business days
  • Cash: A check will be mailed to your address on file within 10-14 business days
  • Check: A refund check will be issued within 10-14 business days
  • Insurance: If insurance paid a portion, we will coordinate with your insurance company

Partial Refunds

If you have received partial treatment from a prepaid package, you may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the services not yet rendered. The refund amount will be calculated by subtracting the value of services already provided from your total prepayment.

Cancellation Fees

Please note that cancellation fees may apply in certain circumstances:

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice): Up to $50 fee
  • No-show appointments: Up to $75 fee
  • Custom appliance cancellations after fabrication: Cost of materials and lab fees

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your refund request, please contact our office manager to discuss your concerns. We are committed to finding a fair resolution for all parties.
